It is an educational programme organized by District Institute of Education and Training, Nayagarh, in order to empower the teachers with Foundational Literacy and Numeracy.

For this purpose, the CRCCs are invited to attend the orientation programme. Various themes regarding FLN, Shishuvatika, School safety, monthly calender, sikhyana sopan register, COT etc. are collaboratively developed by SCERT and OSEPA are oriented to the CRCCs for sharing the themes in the monthly cluster meeting.
